The Australian Red Cross Blood Service has issued an urgent appeal for people with the universal O-Negative blood type to donate blood, with the nation having just 2 days’ supply left.
O negative is the universal blood type. Your blood can be given to any patient. You’ll make a huge difference by donating whole blood. Your platelets are also vital to help cancer patients, so please give platelets in between whole blood donations
Who can donate ?
16-70 YEARS OLD, HEALTHY AND WEIGH OVER 50KG? YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE BLOOD.
